Gloria is an administrative professional with a goal to make a positive impact on the world. She does so by taking care of administrative tasks and data reconciliation that allows the teams she works with to focus on their big picture goals. She is the Administrative & Data Coordinator for the Partnership & Development Team at the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR), which she joined in September 2025.

In this role, Luque manages CRM data and provides administrative support that helps create and implement policies and procedures to streamline the team’s processes and ensure organization.

Before Joining FFAR, Luque spent five years working in the nonprofit sector, providing administrative support and data reconciliation on various CRM systems. She also worked in payment processing, dispersing funds between headquarters and local offices. Her mission driven career before aiding with food science research has been in disability advocacy, workers’ rights, prison reform and financial aid for veterans.

Luque earned her bachelor’s degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland. In her personal life, Gloria enjoys sewing her own clothes, painting, trying out new recipes and spending quality time with friends and family.
