Ben Noble serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Riceland Foods. Riceland and its family farmers, have provided the world with wholesome, nutritious rice since 1921. Grown in the United States, our rice is known for its high quality and versatility and that is why Riceland has become a trusted brand around the globe. Riceland is owned by our 5,500 family farmer members, who are our stockholders and growers.
Noble joined Riceland Foods, Inc. as vice president of marketing and strategy in September 2017 and added the role of vice president of sales in August 2018. He was appointed to his current position at Riceland Foods, Inc. in April 2020.
Noble previously founded Noble Strategies, a public affairs firm and served as President of Aarch Communications, a marketing and public relations firm. Noble’s background and experience in politics, marketing and media relations provided clients with a unique ability to solve problems and create opportunity.
Noble has managed public affairs and advertising campaigns that have been highlighted on “Good Morning America,” “The Today Show” and “Anderson Cooper 360.” He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post while also appearing on numerous local-news affiliates in multiple states.
Arkansas Business named him one of the “Arkansas 200” in 2017, which lists the top business executives in the state. Noble previously served as Chairman of the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and led the organizations fundraising to new heights during his tenure. Arkansas Business named him one of “40-under-40” to watch in the business community in 2011. Noble serves on the Little Rock Chamber’s Board of Directors and was a Commissioner for the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission. In addition, he is on the board of directors for Arkansas Agriculture Foundation, Arkansas Rice Federation and the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research. Noble previously served on the Arkansas Water Foundation Board.
Noble was a principal and board member of Troutman Sanders Strategies as it developed into a multi-million-dollar public affairs firm. He also served in several roles for two members of the U.S. Senate from his home state of Arkansas. His work for key members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Senate Finance Committee and Senate Agriculture Committee provided an intimate knowledge of the legislative process and a diverse background in issues.
From Arkansas, in the heart of the Delta, Noble is a 1995 graduate of the University of Arkansas and a 2008 recipient of the University of Arkansas Young Alumni of the Year Award. He and his wife, Kyle Loveless Noble, have two children, James and Ainsley.
