Dwayne Brown joined the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) as an Associate Human Resources Director. He’s been a human resource professional for 25+ years with experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Throughout his career, Dwayne has provided strategic counsel to senior leadership teams, which helped various organizations achieve their strategic and operational goals.
Dwayne’s previous experience includes director of human resources positions at The Patient-Centered Outcome Research Institute, the National League of Cities and Retail Convenience Stores, Global Partners LLC.
Dwayne’s interests include basketball, which he’s very passionate about, playing tennis, working out, music and traveling.
