The Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) is bringing together experts in microbiology and food research, including those in academia, government and industry to have facilitated group discussions about the microbiome.
These facilitated group discussions are focusing on microbiome-food interaction research and practices, identifying challenges and gaps to enhance our understanding of how the microbiome can be used to support sustainable production and processing of healthful foods and food components for human consumption.
