FFAR, Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) and Fermented Foods Holding are bringing together academic and industry leaders to explore the scientific, technological and regulatory factors shaping the safety, quality and innovation of dairy and non-dairy fermented foods. The convening will foster cross-sector dialogue to identify strategic research priorities that can guide evidence-based interventions.
