Regrow Ag: Accelerating the Resilient Agriculture Future
Regrow is a multinational team of scientists, agronomists, engineers and software developers committed to transforming the supply chain from farm to fork to ensure a prosperous future for people and planet. Since 2019, Regrow and the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) have collaborated on several impactful projects, including research on how to effectively use remote sensing to track the adoption of regenerative agricultural practices and the application of process models for estimating soil carbon and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at field scales over large areas. Regrow provides its expertise in data analytics, remote sensing and machine learning to help identify patterns and insights in large data sets related to agriculture, while FFAR builds public-private partnerships to support audacious science addressing today’s food and agriculture challenges.
The effects of climate change are threatening U.S. food and agricultural systems. Helping agriculture become more resilient to these threats can be extremely beneficial to the success of agricultural supply chains. This means being able to recuperate from the shocks and negative impacts of climate change. Resilient agriculture applies regenerative soil health practices to achieve reductions in GHG emissions and proactive adaptation. Regrow Ag’s Resilient Agriculture Platform uniquely brings together verified real-world agriculture data, unmatched scientific rigor that scales, and integrated products that provide customers actionable insights.
