Grantee Reporting Guidance
FFAR is currently piloting a new reporting system, which will be fully implemented this year. This new system has two components, in addition to the financial report, that must be completed to fulfill grantee reporting requirements.
- FFAR’s BBGM system now contains a streamlined Narrative Report. FFAR’s updated Annual Narrative Report and Final Narrative Report questions are available to review in advance of completing the report in BBGM.
- FFAR’s new Indicator Report is housed in UpMetrics, a new platform for capturing quantitative outputs and outcomes from your project. In UpMetrics, you will be asked to report on a set of standard indicators designed to help FFAR track research progress, outputs and outcomes.
- You can review and begin tallying data for these indicators using the FFAR Indicator Spreadsheet.
- Additional information explaining the indicators and detailed guidance on how to compile your data is found in the FFAR Indicator Handbook.
