No-Cost Extension Request

If Grantees need additional time to complete their research, we allow Grantees to request a No-Cost Extension (NCE). Upon FFAR’s discretion, Grantees can be approved for up to two NCEs no longer than 12 months each. NCE requests longer than six months and second NCE requests will require an annual report to be submitted for review and approval. NCE requests may be sent up to 90 days before the award End Date, but will not be accepted after the End Date has passed.

Change of Scope Request

Should a project’s aims or scope change during the approved project timeline, this document outlines how to notify us of this change by requesting a Change of Scope.

Changes to Key Personnel

Should a grant’s project director/principal investigator or key personnel on an approved award change during the approved project timeline, this document outlines how to notify us of this change by requesting a Change of Key Personnel.

Revising the Budget

All Grantees must use the budget template submitted and approved with the Grant Agreement if a Grantee encounters significant changes to their budget. The budget revision sections can be found by unhiding columns between M-AG after in each individual year. All budget revisions must be submitted through the PI’s Grant Management Account.

Wire Transfer Payment Form

All FFAR payments are made via wire transfer. All Grantees must complete this form if their financial arrangements change.
